Select the required ship from the navigation bar above (be aware that you must have all the following information ready before filling out the form) or send and email to

USS Freedom - Captain Helms

USS Liberty - Admiral Acclesseateeese

USS Grail - Captain Boren

Send an e-mail to the required ship  with the following:

• Your real name
• Your age
• Your E-mail address

And the following information about your character:

• Name
• Age
• Height
• Weight
• Species
• Place of birth
• Languages spoken Education (at least a four year degree in something useful, then starfleet academy)
• Service Record (remember the simm is set in the year 2375, so you have to be on the USS Freedom by then!)
• Any decorations or commendations your character has received (Remeber Starfleet doesnt give out awards lightly!)
• Backround (write your characters history, go wild, be creative!)
• Personality Profile (What is your character like? How does he/she act?)
• Special Notes (Anything that fleshes out your character!)
